From entry-level homes to luxury estates, Lovinda's goal is to locate the right property for each client.
Almost all of her transactions are with repeat clients, and with clients referred to her by established clients.
When working with buyers, Lovinda helps to educate them about the marketplace so that they may make informed decisions and negotiate the process smoothly.
When working with sellers, she specializes in preparing the property for sale so that the home sells for the greatest amount of money in the shortest amount of time, with a minimum of hassle.
Expertise
Lovinda specializes in representing buyers and sellers of homes on the San Francisco Peninsula near Stanford University.
Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Woodside, Menlo Park, and Atherton are her primary areas, plus Redwood City, San Jose, even Campbell and Belmont.
Lovinda's real estate practice is a small, personal one, based on individual clients.
Member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors.
Qualifications
A Realtor since 1986, Lovinda is known for her strong negotiating skills, her success in multiple offer situations, and her good relationships with other agents throughout the region.
Lovinda has been on the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors many years and she was the very first president of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors' Charitable Foundation Trust.
Awards
Lovinda has been recognized as "Rookie of the Year" as well as "International President's Elite," an honor reserved for the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.
